Kirbyjon Caldwell is the Senior Pastor of Windsor Village United Methodist Church in Houston. Under his pastorship, the Windsor Village membership has grown from 25 to over 14,000. He is author of The Gospel of Good Success and co-author of Entrepreneurial Faith.
 
He has been featured in numerous publications, including Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report, Fortune, Texas Monthly, The Dallas Morning News, The Houston Chronicle, EMERGE and Smithsonian Institute. Additionally, he has been recognized as one of Newsweek's "100 People to Watch in the 21st Century" and received the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Director's Community Leadership Award.
 
Caldwell is limited partner of the NFL Franchise, Houston Texans. He is also a member of the boards of Continental Airlines Inc., Reliant Energy, Amergy Bank of Texas, National Children's Defense Fund and American Church Mortgage Company. He is the founder of the Patrice House, Imani School, Pyramid Community Development Corporation, W.A.M., Kingdom Builders' Prayer Institute and Village of Hope.
 
He earned a Bachelor's degree from Carleton College, a Master's from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a Master's in theology from Southern Methodist University-Perkins School.
